Positioned to respond to the pace of life in Bismarck, Stonefield provides spaces that feel both familiar and refined to a broad range of residents.

The design intention focused on creating homes that support everyday routines while fostering opportunities for interaction and ease. Generous floor plans accommodate one, two, and three-bedroom residences with well-proportioned interiors, large closets, and thoughtful layouts that prioritize daylight and movement through space. Private patios and balconies extend living spaces outward, allowing residents to engage with the neighborhood and natural light in equal measure.

Beyond individual homes, the community amenities reinforce a sense of place and belonging. Shared spaces such as a fitness center and community room offer residents opportunities to gather, relax, and build relationships.
