What easily could have been ‘just another remodel’ or ‘basic’ update, has been elevated and carefully managed to preserve a perfectly fine building and turn it into a very comfortable and luxurious modern experience that reflects the way one client chooses to live. Starting with a reinvented exterior and entry experience, centered around a very functional and beautiful entertaining space and capped off with a master suite that could compete with any luxury hotel, Rambler Redeaux is a result of a deep conversation between client and architect on how they wanted to live. It is also a project of restraint. Rambler Redeaux is a diligent project centered around hitting budgets, managing expectations and ultimately preserving and reinventing a building in a nice neighborhood, breathing life into tired housing stock and elevating the everyday.
