Capturing a forgotten lot in the middle of Minot, ND, McHenry Square is a creative solution for the common ‘strip-mall’ typology. A design steeped in the Covid era, this project was a reaction to a shift of food service to a more ‘pick up’ or ‘grab and go’ model, eliminating the need for interior dining and requiring an efficient flow of vehicle traffic. Craftwell was asked to solve site circulation, create branding for individual tenants, elevate the design, and create a convenient and highly-visibility project for Minot and its tenants.
