Design sensitivity to the historic store­front/facade requirements set forth by the city of Perham, MN, create an intimate and flexible bar, restaurant and upper-level band venue evocative of a small urban pub, sustainable material sourcing, fit into a 30'x 150' slot in the middle of downtown, utilize local artisans to create a local, handmade aesthetic, and an affordable/creative use of materials.
