Remodel two existing office suites to accommodate a growing design/build firm in the most cost-effective way. Provide a fresh place to attract young talent. Creatively connect two separate condo spaces while allowing for future sale or lease of the suites as individual suites or together. Create a separation or zoning of design staff versus build staff. At the same time, allowing for daylighting, visual connection and collaboration between staff. Create privacy for design staff from build related vendors and hustle and bustle of build related business.
