Located in the heart of downtown Minot, 28 N Main reimagines an underutilized site into a dynamic mixed-use development. This project involves the demolition of an existing structure to make way for a thoughtfully designed 4 story building that blends retail, commercial, and residential spaces. The ground floor will activate the streetscape with retail and food and beverage establishments, while the second floor will house business offices. The upper floors will feature a mix of condominiums and apartments, offering modern urban living with convenient access to downtown amenities.

Designed for both functionality and community engagement, 28 N Main includes underground parking and a range of amenities to enhance the resident experience. A green space and park provide outdoor gathering areas, while a rooftop access area offers panoramic views and a retreat for residents. Additional features include a gym, exercise area, spa, and sauna, contributing to a well-rounded living environment. Considerations for future flood protection ensure long-term resilience, and the site’s proximity to the train tracks has been factored into the design strategy.
